JUPITER AND RAHU CONJUNCTION ALSO KNOWN AS GURU CHANDAL YOG

Jupiter and Rahu conjunction also known as Guru Chandal yoga or dosha is another popular dosha seen in many of the charts. It is a very simple dosha and need to be understood. Guru means Jupiter and Chandal means an outcast person, who is seen mainly in the graveyards. In astrology, the chandal status is given to Rahu, the demon of the zodiac. 

So when Jupiter is in conjunction with Rahu, then Guru Chandal dosha is formed. Jupiter being teacher of the Devas is Guru Brihaspathi. Jupiter  is considered as the most beneficial planet among the 9 planets and is known as the ultimate form of spirituality and Godliness. Since it means purity, it doesn’t like to get associated with Rahu, who is a demon. Rahu is called as a Chandal here, chandal resides among corpses. So these are two opposite forces

Jupiter is the lord of Pisces and Sagittarius. In the natural zodiac wheel, it owns the 9th house and the 12th house.  Both the houses are dealing with spirituality, moksha, and relationship with God. 

When Jupiter and Rahu are together, then the person may find it difficult to abide by the divine laws of obedience, reverence, and submission. He will naturally be a rebel and his rebellious nature will make him get setbacks. His rebellious nature will be his identity wherever he goes.

Guru Chandal dosha was considered as very inauspicious in the earlier days, but we should count all doshas in the present day context. This is the time for the rebels. Rebels are noticed for their ideas and findings. The world is asking for change.

This dosha will have a different impact, according to the house which it occurs. You have to check in which house your Guru Chandal Yoga exists. Then you see whether you are challenging the traditional practices regarding that house? For example, the 7th house is the house of marriage. When Guru Chandal yoga occurs in the 7th house, then the person may like to break the traditional kind of marriage. 

He may even go for living relationship or marriage against the family traditions. At the same time, the other features of the 7th house like business and professional relationships will not be a heavy task. The 7th house is the house of open enemies, so this person will take a new strange way to conquer his enemies, which will be a heavy blow to them.

So, to conclude Guru Chandal yoga means that you have that natural rebel in you. This rebellious may have the power to cause disruptions in your relationships. Especially with the Guru figures in your life.

SATURN AND KETU TRANSIT CONJUNCTION 2019

Headless ketu with slow moving Saturn transit conjunction is
not good. There are many bad effects of it but one of it according to me which I would like to discuss here is the decision making of the person. During this transit the conjunction of Saturn and Ketu are going to influence every person in making wrong decision and then repent on it. As said headless Ketu and slow moving Saturn, they are going to influence a person either in making a wrong decision as they wouldn’t understood or will get puzzled about the event
for which they need to make decision or the effect of Saturn will also give its impact as they will make their decision so late that they will lose the opportunity, this will impact them in many forms and one of them is loss.

IMPACT OF TRANSIT SATURN AND KETU CONJUNCTION

Now the catch to this transit lies in an individual’s horoscope and that is, the impact of the transit will hit hard if the event on which decision making has to be made, shows a promise of loss or negative impact in an individual’s horoscope. If promise is negated then during thist ransit period a situation of problem due to decision making MAY arise but WILLb e mended and the impact of loss cannot give its effects.
A person having such promises in his / her horoscope should
avoid taking hasty decision and should consult with five other person having knowledge of that subject in order to minimize the negative effect of the transit conjunction. If possible should avoid making concrete decision till January 2020 next year as Saturn will change its house then and so will be relaxationi n the malefic effect of the transit conjunction.

VENUS AND KETU CONJUNCTION SO DEADLY

When Venus and Ketu come in conjunction, there tends to be a

great deal of directionless love and sensual pleasure. As per KP astrology this happens when both Ketu and Venus and the 5th house become significators of 5,6,7,8 and 12th house. 

 

The 5th house signifies glamour, entertainment, debauchery, the 6th house signifies bod company of people and bad habits, the 7th house signifies opposite sex, the 8th house signifies the hidden facts and the 12th signifies the bedroom secrets. 

 

The effect of it more during the Mahadasa of Ketu and Venus and its Antar dasa and Pran dasa. 

 

 The native will feel dissatisfied not because of lack of love and lust, but lack of understanding when it comes to the value of relationships. 

 

Unlike Rahu, who is never satisfied with love and lust, here Venus feels unsatisfied due to lack of feeling or desire for a union or relationship. These people tend to force themselves into relationships, but eventually come out walking alone.

 The directionless Ketu takes Venus into many directions in love

and relationships before Venus finally realizes that there is no

simple way to reaching ones soul mate. 

 

No matter how hard the spouse works or how loving their boyfriend or girlfriend are, they always tend think they are the ones who are sacrificing in the relationship, because Venus becomes blind with Ketu; it cannot see things clearly until it's too late.  

 

This desensitization can also lead to porn and sex addiction since the feeling behind such privately preserved acts will no longer be valid. This is why Rahu and Ketu are the same yet quite different in approach. Strippers, porn stars, and women in fashion who do take part in extensive drug use also have such conjunction. 

 

Venus is pleasure while Ketu is the act of letting of worldly pleasures go. The tug of war between them damages the sensual part of Venus. After many disappoints in love, they tend to view love and relationships as an object rather than a union of two souls.

PLANETARY CONJUNCTIONS ACCORDING TO KP ASTROLOGY

When several planets group together in a house several views are expressed in general. When two planets in a house are together, differing views are expressed in particular. 

 

For example, Moon and Mars grouping is known as Chandra-Mangala yoga. Moon and Jupiter together is known as Guru-Mangala yoga. Again on planetary groupings, aspects, Kendhra and Trikona positions many yogas are indicated. To hear of the yogas it is very pleasant, but in our day to day reality none of the yogas have proved true to the saying.

 

To the contrary, unfavourable results stepped in. Further when more than 2 planets group in a house, at times 6 or 7, certain literatures speak of them to be good and certain others speak as unfavourable. Still another observation is grouping of 2 planets in each house, or from lagna, planets stationed in each house upto 7th house or 6th or 5th house is commonly known as Grahamalika yoga or Chakradhara yoga likewise there are many yogas. 

 

UNDERSTANDING RASHI CHART FOR PLANETARY CONJUNCTIONS

 

 

In a Rashi chart, we have to think as what and how is the span of one

house. The group of planets in a house having 3 stars may be deposited in one star or deposited in different-different stars, likewise the planets in a house may be lords of some other houses by ownership. 

 

For a said lagna these planets may have the power to offer beneficial or adverse results. The distance between one bhava (house) and the other bhava (house) are measured and expressed in degree. Accordingly it has been found out as to how the planets co-operate or otherwise. 

 

This we know as Friend or Enemy of the planets. Based on this if 2 or more planets are depsosited in one star but within 2°, conjoined, closer to each other, amongst them which planet runs the dasa/buklhi, the immediate conjoined planet will offer its result, to the planet which runs the dasa/bukthi. 

 

For example, 2 planets as lord of 6 and 7 conjoined in a House, lord of 6th running his dasa might deny the marriage or cause disease, but this lord of 7 will go to the help of lord of 6th and conduct the marriage or help to reduce the intensity of the disease. 

 

After the marriage is over this lord of 7 having given a helping hand does not take the responsibility for any good or bad in their life. Similarly, lord of 7 running his dasa capable of celebrating a marriage or to run a partnership business, this lord of 6th will act to cause separation amongst the life partners or business partners. 

 

Likewise, a single planet as lord of both 6 and 7 conjoined with another planet, depending on bukthi lord, marriage to take place or stopped or separation after marriage, or have reunion, or break up of business partnership or make a fresh business partnership, all such things will take place. 

 

Other than this, planets conjoined in a house, but posited in different stars or deposited in the same star but stationed 2° away, these planets in different stars does not offer any good or bad. Planets

in one star but stationed 2° away, as explained above will offer results on dull note, or becomes null and void. 

 

Therefore, planets conjoined in a house (bhava) deposited in different stars, offer the results of that Starlord predominantly by involving itself of its house matters. Nothing more nothing less. 

 

That is mere grouping, said as conjoined, the one or the other planets does not make any change at all. But more than a planet, if deposited in the same star, are found conjoined strictly within 2°, which planet runs the dasa, next to it, the conjoined planet offers its results as it gets changed or transformed. Similarly, the conjoined planets in the

same star if it is 2° away, it acts on a dull note or gets null and void, as it does not get transformed. All said above, if analysed as explained above will work out very correctly.

Strange is Astrology as single planet behave differently in same position, how's that ?

Astrology is really a beautiful knowledge imparted us by great Sages. The interpretation of the single placement is different, and that's the beauty of it. The resultant effects are the cumulative of the singular effects of the individual planet. In order to understand the reason of this, then one needs to understand all the parameters of astrology thru which an inference is made about the result or outcome of a planet.

The behavior of a person changes according to the environment he is in. Suppose a person is having a criminal neighbor then he will behave in one way, if he has a criminal person as his tenent then his behavior will be different to that of first case. Suppose a person having a criminal neighbor who pipe at his home daily, the person’s behavior will be more different then the first two cases. 

This same example can be repeated with the above three cases with a kind and good person as a neighbor where the person will be very happy and secured.His behavior will again be different towards positivity.

The same thing happens with the planets so the same planet gives different results under different circumstances.The nature of a planet can change due to below given factors :

1) Due to rashi/zodiac of that house

2) Due to the degree at which it is positioned in

3) The nakshtra on which the planet is positioned in

4) Due to the sub lord's position in the kundli/horoscope

5) Due to aspect of benefic or malefic 

6) Due to conjunctions with benefic or malefic

7) Due to combust accept mercury

8) Held between two malefic or benefic planets

 An astrologer has to study a planet from many different angle and then conclude its resultant effects. It is really a wonderful knowledge which if one study will keep on studying and studying as astrology is a very big ocean of knowledge.
